(years?) for upgrades and fixes to our existing
help desk software, it was time to move on.
Shopped around, tried all the demos and asked
a few clients to do the same. Omnistarlive was
a good candidate, but it seemed to be more centred
on the Live Chat features, with the help desk
stuck in as an afterthought. Good if you want
a live chat *and* help desk system though.
So after much deliberation we went with the Ace
Help Desk System...and could not be happier! The
install, customisation and integration in to our
support site was a walk in the park. The ticketing
system has everything we could possibly need,
and not a single problem/bug/spelling mistake
has been found yet.

was extremely impressed when I first saw demos
as they were very aestetically pleasing. I decided
to give it a try and was quite happy to experience
an incredibly easy install. Installation only
required a few variables and then I only had to
upload the files to the my site. Using the help
desk has been easy, I can setup logins with certain
priveleges to specific support type questions.
So far customers seem to be liking the help desk,
it's simple to use so there is no problem. Everything
seems to be going very well with the software
and the one time when I needed help my question
was responded to within a reasonable amount of
